If the final digital file or service does not perfectly align with your original instructions or our committed service standards, we offer Unlimited Free Edits. We will work closely with you, refining the design until you are 100% satisfied.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds If, after utilizing our unlimited edits, the issue persists strictly on our end (e.g., technical flaws in the digitizing process, formatting errors, or failure to meet the agreed-upon requirements), you are fully eligible for a return or refund.

  • Post-Order Confirmation: Refunds or returns after an order has been confirmed and processed are only possible if the delivered service or product falls short of the originally committed details.

3. Specific Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items To maintain absolute transparency with our clients, please note the following conditions:

  • Clearly Marked Items: Any specific service, promotional offer, or product explicitly mentioned as “Non-Refundable” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase is excluded from this policy.

  • Guaranteed Returnable Items: Conversely, any service or product specifically marked as “Returnable” is fully covered and prioritized under this policy.

  • Change of Mind: Digital files and custom digitizing services that perfectly match the original brief provided by the client, but are no longer needed due to a change of mind, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Hassle-Free Refund Methods Once a refund is approved, we want the process to be as smooth as possible for you. You can choose to receive your funds via:

  • Wallet Credits: Instant store credit added to your Digitizings.com account, which you can use immediately for future orders.

  • Bank / Original Payment Credits: A direct reversal to your original bank account or payment method (processing times may vary depending on your financial institution).

5. How to Initiate a Request Simply reach out to our support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our dedicated team will evaluate the request and guide you through a prompt and stress-free resolution.

If we are unable to resolve the issue through our unlimited edits, and the fault lies on our end (such as technical errors or not meeting the committed service standards), you are fully eligible for a refund. However, refunds are not provided for a change of mind if the original brief was fulfilled accurately.

Most of our custom digitizing services are covered under our satisfaction guarantee. However, if a specific service, promotional item, or product is explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a refund.
